Tim Marshall brings a strong background in property management, operations, and client service. A San Jose native, Tim founded and managed Marpensio LLC, where he gained hands-on experience in asset management, tenant relations, and vendor coordination. His career has also included leadership roles in customer experience and operations, equipping him with a problem-solving mindset and a client-first approach.

Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication from the University of Puget Sound and his MBA from San Jose State University. He combines this academic foundation with real-world expertise and modern technology tools to deliver clear, data-driven insights for clients.

Passionate about building long-term relationships, Tim enjoys helping clients evaluate investment opportunities and uncovering strategies that align with their business goals. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, motorsports, and spending time with family.
